He was born November 4, 1951, in Muncie, the son of Alvin and Violet Nahre. He married Beth Collins on September 2, 1972, and she survives.

Ray L. Zirkelbach, 83, of The Waters of Yorktown, went to join his wife and son on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, following an extended illness. He was born on March 23, 1931 in Anderson the son of Ray J. and Anna Pearl Zirkelbach, attended Muncie Central High School, and served with the US Army in Korea during the Korean War.

An Indiana teenager has been arrested on suspicion of tipping a waitress with feces-covered money, according to The Huffington Post. The suspect is a 17-year-old from Muncie, Ind., and he faces a charge of battery with bodily waste, The Huffington Post reported.

The Lofts at Roberts will be hosting an open house on Wednesday, October 15th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Lofts at Roberts are currently offering one month free when new tenants sign a lease by the end of 2014. Woman accused of sexual misconduct with a minor Muncie woman is accused of having sex with a young boy Check out this story on thestarpress.com: http://tspne.ws/1xPv2dr Brandi Lynn Phipps, 30, 1205 W. 15th St., allegedly had sex with the minor this past July, according to a probable cause affidavit. Phipps allegedly drank brandy with the minor, as well as giving him half of a hydrocodone before having sex with him, the document said.

He was born in Muncie on April 8, 1929, the son of Clayton and Ethel Williams, graduated from Muncie Central in 1947 as class president and served his country in The United States Air Force as 1st. Lieutenant, graduating from Officers Candidate School.

Robert "Bob" Schoen, 86, Rochester, was surrounded by his loving family when he passed away at 12:42 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, in the home he built nearly 60 years ago. On Jan. 10, 1928, Bob was born in Macy, the treasured son of George and Georgia See Schoen.
