A 19-year-old Fort Wayne man is facing a preliminary charge of underage drinking after allegedly being found passed out on a toilet. Indiana State Excise Police responded to a home near Ball State University in the 1200 block of West Ashland Street in Muncie early Saturday morning, where they took the suspect into custody.
